What injuries do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including:

• Back pain and neck pain
• Shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries
• Sporting injuries
• Muscle strains and ligament sprains
• Tendon pain and tendinopathies
• Arthritis and joint pain
• Running-related injuries
• Work-related injuries
• General aches, pains, and movement restrictions

If you're unsure whether physiotherapy can help your condition, simply get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you treat acute injuries as well as chronic pain?

Yes. We help people with both recent injuries and long-standing pain.

Whether you've hurt yourself this week, have been dealing with pain for months, or have tried multiple treatments without success, we'll assess the underlying cause and create a personalised plan to help you move and feel better.

Do you have experience treating athletes and sporting injuries?

Absolutely. We regularly work with athletes and active individuals across a variety of sports.

Our goal is not only to reduce pain but also to help you return to training, competition, and the activities you enjoy as safely and quickly as possible.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, goals, lifestyle, and how long the issue has been present.

Some people improve within a few sessions, while others with more complex or long-term conditions may require ongoing management. During your first appointment, we'll discuss what to expect and provide a clear treatment plan moving forward.

How much does physiotherapy cost?

Initial Consultation: $140

Follow-Up Consultation: $110

All appointments include a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, personalised exercise prescription, and a clear plan to help you achieve your goals.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes. We accept all major private health funds.

If your policy includes physiotherapy cover, you will be able to claim an on-the-spot rebate and only pay the gap.

Do you accept GP Medicare Care Plans?

Yes. We accept Medicare-funded Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans, previously known as EPC plans.

Please note that we do not bulk bill. This allows us to provide the same high-quality, one-on-one care, thorough assessments, and personalised treatment plans that all of our patients receive.

Appointments under a Medicare Care Plan are charged at our standard consultation fees. Following your appointment, Medicare will provide a rebate directly back to you, reducing your out-of-pocket cost.

A valid referral from your GP is required before your appointment. If you have any questions about Medicare Care Plans or rebates, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Do you work with WorkCover, CTP, and DVA claims?

Yes. We work with approved WorkCover, CTP, and DVA patients.

If you have an active claim, please contact us before your appointment so we can confirm the required information and documentation.

How long is an appointment?

We allocate 30 minutes for all appointments.

This gives us enough time to assess your progress, provide treatment, answer your questions, prescribe or progress exercises where needed, and develop a clear plan to help you achieve your goals.

Our focus is on providing the right treatment for your individual needs, rather than rushing you through a session.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring:

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and assessment
• Any relevant scans, reports, or specialist letters (if available)
• Your private health insurance card (if applicable)
• Claim details for WorkCover, CTP, DVA, or Medicare plans (if applicable)

What happens during my first consultation?

Your first appointment is focused on understanding the full picture of your problem.

We will discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, work demands, sporting activities, and goals.

A thorough physical assessment will then be completed to identify the factors contributing to your pain or injury.

You'll receive a clear explanation of what's going on, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a personalised plan to help you recover, move better, and get back to doing what you enjoy.
